support to Printers, Servers, Desktops support, VPN

Troubleshooting
issues related to hardware, applications, networks and emails

Desktop hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis
·
Supporting
end users for their daily PC & IT Related problems
THE PERSON
·
Diploma in Information Technology or Equivalent from a
recognized Institute/University
·
Good communication and interpersonal skills
·
2 Years
Experience and knowledge of Win 7-Win 10, MS Office, Internet, etc
·
Familiar with the concepts of basic LAN/WAN networking
infrastructure
·
Able to
work independently while thriving in a team
·
Effective
in solving problems and recommend solutions if need arises
·
Preferably
be between 20-25 years of age
